Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Well Engaged, all sessions are pay-to-book, meaning your appointment is confirmed only after payment is received. Because I hold space for each client, I have the following cancellation and rescheduling policies to ensure fairness and respect for both of our time.

  • Payment & Booking Policy

    • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.

    • Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of timely cancellations (see below).

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling

    • You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice, and your payment will be applied to a future session.

    • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your payment is non-refundable, and the session cannot be rescheduled.

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session without notice, it will be treated as a no-show (see below).

  • No-Show Policy

    • If you do not show up for your scheduled session and have not contacted me in advance, your session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

  • Emergency Exceptions

    • I understand that life happens! If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will review rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.
