Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Well Engaged, all sessions are pay-to-book, meaning your appointment is confirmed only after payment is received. Because I hold space for each client, I have the following cancellation and rescheduling policies to ensure fairness and respect for both of our time.
Payment & Booking Policy
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of timely cancellations (see below).
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice, and your payment will be applied to a future session.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your payment is non-refundable, and the session cannot be rescheduled.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session without notice, it will be treated as a no-show (see below).
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled session and have not contacted me in advance, your session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Emergency Exceptions
I understand that life happens! If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will review rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.
