Well Engaged Coaching Terms, Policies & Conditions

Welcome to Well Engaged! These Terms, Policies & Conditions outline the agreement between you ("Client") and Well Engaged ("Coach") regarding coaching services. By purchasing and participating in coaching sessions, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that provides guidance and support during engagement and relationship transitions.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment and does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or psychological services.
If mental health concerns arise, the Coach may recommend seeking support from a licensed mental health professional.
2. Booking & Payment Policies
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where proper cancellation notice is given (see below).
If a coaching package is purchased, all sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are non-refundable and will not be credited toward a future session.
If a Client fails to attend a session without prior notice, the session is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
If the Coach must cancel a session, a reschedule or credit will be provided.
Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the Coach’s discretion.
4. Confidentiality Policy
Coaching sessions are confidential, and the Coach will not disclose personal information unless required by law.
Exceptions to confidentiality include cases of harm to self or others, abuse, neglect, or court-ordered disclosures.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client understands that coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on their active participation.
The Client agrees to show up on time and prepared for each session.
The Client acknowledges that results are not guaranteed, and success depends on their own efforts.
6. Professional Boundaries
Coaching is a professional relationship, and all interactions will be respectful and appropriate.
The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if a client engages in inappropriate behavior, harassment, or repeated cancellations.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges that the Coach is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on coaching discussions.
The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes and is not liable for any perceived failure to achieve desired results.
8. Legal & Compliance
Coaching is not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice, and the Client should seek professionals for those concerns.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
